Strong Excel experience and proficiency in all other Microsoft Office software.Strong 10-Key data entry skills required.SAP and Kronos experience strongly preferred.Ability to work on a proactive basis in a high paced, deadline-oriented environment.Previous t imekeeping/ payroll experience preferred.payroll tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager. Cross training within the Accounting department to assist when needed.Filing and maintaining payroll records for Sox and Legal Requirements.Answer questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters.Customer service support and training on Kronos functionality.Testing in Kronos relating to system functionality, pay rules, reports, and interfaces.Assist in processing payroll runs weekly in Kronos.

Coordinate and process any off cycle payments.Enter records on vacation, floating holidays, etc.
